I HIGHLY second 'The Wedding Singer'... such a great movie! Funny, charming, romantic, perfect ending.

I also really liked 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days'.

Strictly Ballroom (great romance and ballroom dancing set in Australia -I think it was made in the 80"s)

I was just telling DH we need to find a place to rent this!! I saw this in theatre when it came out in the 1980s and loved it!
