good choices for CC?

Was thinking the three of us (me, dd12, ds9) would do the banana boat and get the Castaway Getaway Package for the day. Does that sound reasonable? Don't want to overload but want the ablility to have the bike, floats, and snorkle stuff at my side.

It definitely wasn't an overload & we enjoyed plenty of relaxation time on our floats & on the adult beach, too.

Last time we did the Getaway package & parasailed (kids did it at a different time that day, too) & we still had time to snorkel, relax, walk the beach, eat, etc.

Package includes snokel equipment and float rental for the entire day, plus a one-hour bicycle rental.

Parasailing and the Banana Boats sell out on a regular basis - so I would make ressies as soon as possible

They have PLENTY of floats, bikes and snorkel equipment. You can rent any of these on a walk up basis so I wouldn't pre register for these activities. If you decide to do them once you're on the island, then rent them, you just don't need to lock yourself into them.
