Good bakery outside of WDW?

Well, I am thinking about getting a cake made while we are there. I know there are lots of places that make cakes in WDW for after dinner but what are some good bakeries outside of WDW that I could pick up a cake at? I was REALLY wanting a cookie cake. All I could find was great american cookies but none in orlando. So, anyone else know where I can look?

I'm not sure what you mean by "cookie cake". If you mean the large decorated cookies, you can usually find them in the malls, like Florida Mall or Mall at Millenia. If you are wanting a regular cake, we usually order our birthday cakes from Publix. They are very good. You can get them with fruit filling instead of icing between the layers if you want, and they are available in a wide variety of sizes. They usually have a few ready that can be personalized, or you can place a custom order with just a day or two notice.
