Im really not bad with the sweets - ice cream, cake, etc. But my downfall is definately crackers - cheezits, choc graham crackers, etc.
What can I replace them with? Do I have to get healthy and eat veggies and fruits?
I really need to loose 40lbs (well maybe 25) before my DH even thinks I will step foot on a nude beach in St Marten! lol

) I always eat baby carrots, grapes and multi-grain saltines for snacks. I know there not as yummy as cheez-its, but they keep the weight off.
