Has anyone golfed or fished at Disney? What did you think of the fishing? It says on allears.net that it is $225/two hours. That is for one person I am guessing.

I'm not real sure about the pricing. Just wanted to comment that friends of ours already had a fishing trip booked in August and had room for 2 more people on their boat (held 5). So they invited DH and DS12 to come along. They fished in downtown disney area. They had such a great time. It was the highlight of DH's trip. He couldn't stop talking about how cool it was. I know you can fish out of different areas - he wants to try contemporary area or Epcot on our upcoming trip.

The $225 is per boat for up to 6 people I believe so other people can go at no additional charge

I was trying to find somemore info on the golfing and fishing online, but it seems to be eluding me. For the first time I can't find all the info I need about Disney from allears.net:scared1:

My DH loves to fish and has done the Disney fishing thing many times. It is expensive, but I figure we are on vacation and if that is the best part of trip for him, he works hard and deserves it.

Anyway, the price is for the boat, so you can bring up to 6 people. However, he always has gone alone with the guide and had a great time. The lakes are stocked with fairly large fish and I think in probably 8 or 10 trips, there was only one year when he did not catch anything. Usually catches many fish. It is catch and release.

I can't speak to the golf, although friends have told me that Disney has some of the most beautiful courses.
