Gold Mobility phone disconnected???

Reserved a scooter from Gold in Sept for Jan trip. This morning I tried to contact them to confirm drop off/pick up times and it is saying the call cannot be completed as dialed. Have tried from land line and cell phone. I can't find anything on-line except that the service and vehicles have gone done hill since September. Does anyone have any insight to what's going on? TIA

Have you tried emailing? This quite cinc thing. I know they never answered their phone and we always had to text but if both land line and cell are not working….

Clarification: I tried to call from my land & cell line.

It is not a case of them not picking up the call (which they did immediately when I called back in Sept). The recording is saying the call can't be completed as dialed. I did try to text some time ago. The text went through, but no response yet. This has caused me over an hour of research and annoyance, so I'm just cancelling at this point LOL. This is nearly exactly what happened to my mom back in Aiug (she tried emailing and head nothing back about modifying pickup location/drop-off) and never heard anything thing. She tried calling and no one picked up. She finally texted and got someone to respond about a week prior to our departure. Very stressful.

Thank you. I have no idea what the glich is. I tried that number for about 20 minutes this morning. I certainly don't want to deal with that if there an issue with the vehicle while on vacation.
