From what I can gather the "spa treatment" is only an option on the platinum plan.
Meal calculation is "per night" but I can't find out whether or not if you have extra "points" if you can use them on you last day if you aren't leaving until that evening-the ultimate hopper passes are good until midnight that night. I'm pretty sure that you can't use "unused meal points" for merchandise etc. The only plan that gives you that option is the "Silver plan" where I believe you have two wishes per day that you can use toward meals (but not specifically designated for meals) and other stuff.
Even as I'm typing this I'm getting confused. My TA has been waiting for up to date information from WDW since middle of September. I'll let you know what I get.
