My DBF and I have booked the gold dreammaker pkg. It is 3 meals a day. Does anyone know if this is per day or per night booked. We are there 6 nights but will not be leaving until around 8:00 pm the 7th day. Do we get 3 meals for that last day.
Also,if you don not use all 3 meals one day , do they carry over to another day or are they lost. We are thinking of spending a day at Universal so we may not use those meals. Any info would be appreciated.

On the Deluxe Plan (apparently the Gold equivalent) they give you 3 x the number of nights you are staying x number of people in like a point type system.

for us it was 3 x 10 nights x 4people=120 for you to use however you wish-since our checkout date was day 11 and our passes were good until midnight that night we assumed (since we had points left) they would be good that day as well. Our flight left relatively early but we did get breakfast before we left.

Best bet ( and I still haven't been able to get specifics on the gold pkg) is to call CRO (my TA is still waiting for info).

Hey mom-rules

Still no luck on the info , huh??
Do you know if you don't uses all your points can they be applied to something else, for ex. a spa treatment??
Keep in touch with any info you may get.
Thanks

We also have this plan booked for July. Our flight does not depart until 6:00PM on the last day. We are staying 8 days/7 nights. I know we get 21 meals, but do we have to use them all in 7 days or can we save some for day 8?

From what I can gather the "spa treatment" is only an option on the platinum plan.
Meal calculation is "per night" but I can't find out whether or not if you have extra "points" if you can use them on you last day if you aren't leaving until that evening-the ultimate hopper passes are good until midnight that night. I'm pretty sure that you can't use "unused meal points" for merchandise etc. The only plan that gives you that option is the "Silver plan" where I believe you have two wishes per day that you can use toward meals (but not specifically designated for meals) and other stuff.

Even as I'm typing this I'm getting confused. My TA has been waiting for up to date information from WDW since middle of September. I'll let you know what I get.

Didn't we book this plan to make our lives easier???? lol Who thought it would be this difficult to figure it out???

No kidding!?!?!?!?

I'm surprised that there is no one out there that can help us.

Ok guys, I've got the answer!!!!!

Your meals are based on how many nights you are staying. If you are staying 6 nights, you will have 18 meals.pp. If a meal is not used on one of the 6 nights you are there, it may be used your departure day. A nice young fellow at CRO helped me out with this. Also in regards to using unused meals for other things, no, you can't.
Hope this helped everyone  ;) ;)

Well thank you !!!
If anyone gets any more info on this pkg let me know..

I also posted this on the other Gold pkg thread about meals.

I HAVE SOME ANSWERS!!!!!
Talked to my TA today. The Dream Maker brochures will be distributed next week (finally).

She gave me the following information:

La Nouba tickets are part of gold pkg. Seats can be
reserved 6 months in advance.

Water sports are included in the gold pkg (ie. wakeboarding
parasailing, waterskiing) as well as water sprite and boat rentals. Restrictions apply to heights, weights and age in some cases.
Surfing lessons @ Typhoon Lagoon are not included.

Golf includes all equipment and cart rentals and tee times can be booked 120 days in advance with no restrictions.

Unlimited mini golf is included.

All dinner shows EXCEPT Mickey's Backyard BBQ are included.

Restaurants NOT included in gold package:

Victoria and Alberts.
Chefs Domaine at Citricos
Swan and Dolphin restaurants
Downtown Disney restaurants (disappointing-last time we
we ate at HOB, PH, RK, WP on the deluxe magic plan-wanted to try Fultons, Bongos etc this time).

I should have more info next week.

I can't believe Downtown Disney restaurants aren't included this year. Portobella Yacht Club is one of our favorites. We were planning on going there and Fulton's this time. For what they charge for that package, I think they should include all restaurants.

Linda

I too, was surprised and I totally agree with you-The only reason I can think of is that they are on Disney property but maybe not owned by Disney. We really enjoyed eating at the DTD Rainforest Cafe and if what I was told is correct we can't on the Gold plan.

Hey guys, you will be happy to know Downtown Disney restaraunts are included. Restaraunts in downtown disney resort hotels are not. I called Disney directly to clarify this. Thank goodness, half of the place I wanted to eat were in downtown disney. Fultons, Portabelllo etc. are included.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Alright!!!

I thought it sounded a little wierd.
