Gold AP Cancelled Now I want to Reinstate; Members Services or Ticket Reservations

My understanding is even though Gold APs are currently not available (only renew), that if I can previously cancelled a Gold AP, I can have it reinstated.

1. What are these rules?
2. Who do I call?

I know if you can get through these days to Members Services your waits are in excess an hour. I do not mind the wait, however, when I get through I did not want to be told I have called the wrong area.

If you chose to cancel an active AP because of the closure, you are eligible for the recovery offer to get a new one,

You would call the VIP pass holder line and they will verify you are eligible. If it expired during the closure, you will also be eligible.
