Going week after 4th of July

DH has a a convention in Orlando. He will not be doing parks, so I invited DD and her boyfriend. We will have 2 days and the bf, who has not been before wants to do Epcot and mk. We will accommodate him. I have not been since the new fp. We are staying off site so I'm wondering if rope drop is still our best bet in the mornings? Also, he wants do "drink around the world" at Epcot. I'm kinda confused about how to plan a busy week with a guy who just wants to wing it.

Definitely be there at RD. You can pretty much take in the big rides at Epcot in the morning (if you get FP+) and then enjoy WS in the afternoon/evening.
