Hey all! We have ressies for Cinderella's breakfast on Wed at 9:50. Assuming we arrive at park opening at 9:00, would that give us much time to do any rides (kiddie ones only) before our PS time? Or just use that time to browse Main Street? We are staying off-site so EE would not apply for us.

Would it make sense to get a fastpass before the breakfast? How long do you normally stay in the castle? Is there a chance that it would NOT be beneficial to get a fastpass if we were to miss the return time? Or would it not matter one way or the other?

Also, how long does it normally take to reach the park entrance once you are in the parking lot? My dh heard that it takes an hour but that sounds a bit far-fetched? I hope??

Thanks for any help!

Jenjie,
I would definitely do some rides before your PS. Be at the turnstyles by 8:40. Head directly for the castle, ride Dumbo, Then Winnie the Pooh, if you have time you could then do the carousel or maybe snow white or It's a Small World. Grab the fast pass for Peter Pan, and go to breakfast. Dumbo and Pooh develop lines really quickly, get them out of the way. I would grab the fast pass regardless, you'll be amazed at the time change on the return after you're breakfast. You should have plenty of time to make the return if you pick up the FP just before your PS.

As for transportation time, the parking lot is a distance from Mk. You'll park at the TTC and take the monorail at that time of day. I would probably allow 30 minutes, 60 seems like a lot. Maybe what he saw was 60 minutes from parking lot till opening, which would probably make sense if you want to be one of the first up Main Street.

Most of your answers revolve around how busy it is. If it's not too busy, you may have a chance to hit one of the rides that are close to the castle like the Merry go Round or Dumbo. If the lines are long, you will most likely have to pass on the rides. And again, if the lines are bad, it might be a good idea to get a fastpass for something. It can't hurt.

I think it took us about an hour to eat last time, but that really could depend on how fast your kids eat. The princesses get around surprisingly quickly while you are eating it seems.

It will probably take around 30 minutes to get from your car to the gate, including time for the ferry/monorail and security/turnstyles. Remember, it can't hurt to even get to the park a little earlier and just hand around up in front. It's so peaceful and relaxing.

I'll help with part of your question.

Depending on how quickly you get through the gates and how quickly you want to move down Main Street, you may have time for a couple of rides. Make sure you arrive a few minutes early for your PS, though.

Definitely get a FastPass before breakfast. I'd suggest Pooh or Peter Pan since they will be very close by in Fantasyland.

From the parking lot, I'd plan on 10 minutes to get to the TTC (either walk or Tram depending on how far away you are parked). Then 10 min to take the monorail to the MK, and another 5-10 to get through security and the turnstiles. 30 mins should be more than adequate. Just don't take the ferry from the TTC to the MK if you're in a hurry.
