Going through Disney Withdrawls....

Seriously.......
We have to go back next year!!
We are still working on reducing our debt ,
but we "need" to go back to the most magical place in the world.
It is part of what we "do" as a family!
I need to get to figure out the numbers, dates, saving money, and still staying on track for our debt freedom too!!
We can do it!

Most people in this day and age are "reducing debt" Car loans, college loans, whatever it maybe.

It does NOT mean that you can't go to Disney.

My dad, a man with "few debts" always says to me, you can't take it with you and they will never get it all back. You have to live.

Check out the budget board - they've got lots of tips on how to spend less or earn more to save for disney (and get out of debt too).

Just don't tell them you "need" a disney vacation when you have debt. They have strong opinions on that.

I'm right there with you on the withdrawals. We are building a house this year so we aren't going to be able to go back until December 2012. Dh said something about "if" we go to Disney next year and I about came undone....I was like "there is no if"!! But with the year we had this year things will have to change a bunch for us to pull it off....I just have to stay positive. Good luck....I feel your pain on all accounts!

We have taken Dave Ramsey's FPU class and I like to listen to his podcasts and read stuff on his site. We've been doing our research, trust me!!
We are actually really good with our money- I'm just ready to be COMPLETELY out of debt!

We deffinitely know that it is not a need!! That's why I put it in quotes!!

And I try to live a life where the things that matter most are not the material things- if you know what I mean.
I think this sums it up pretty well- You probably won't ever see a moving truck following a hearse!!

We are just a Disney family. We don't do much else, vacation wise and we are SO ready to go back!
