I have been off the Dis for about a week because it was moving so slow for me, I couldn't take it anymore.

I hope you have a great time in DL. I don't do face book so I will have to wait till you do a trip report.

I will do a report, but it will be after i get back from trip number 2. I have too much to do now to think about getting that started and then I will have to take a break in just a few weeks anyways.

Hey Jen, I didn't realize you had another trip in the works until I saw a post of Facebook that you were on your way. I've been very busy with school work and haven't been on the Dis much the past few months. I came on to find your TR, because I knew you just had to have one going. I'm caught up on the pre-trip stuff and I'm anxious to see all the pictures. I want to go to DL someday, so be sure to take lots of notes and report back on everything that would be of interest to a WDW vet who knows nothing about DL.

Well this was work....
I had a great time and learned a lot. Some I knew, some things have changed and I got a much better understanding on how DL works. It is good I went down early though because we only had about 6 hours of park time total during the convention.

I missed your sendoff, so sorry. I hope you are having a great time.

The plans for WDW and the cruise sound great.

Hi Scott! I believe i got a facebook request from you. (it's hard to see on my phone at times, but it looked like you). And if I remember right...we might be in the same profession? I had no clue that you did that as well. Small world. If you ever get a chance to do one of these...do so. It's great fun!

I did have such a good time. It really sucks to be home with all this snow and cold once again.

I will try to detail as much as possible. I think I took around 2000 pictures. Kind of slacking really, but it rained and I didn't want to get the big camera out for that, and of course during meeting times I didn't take any. And not having Claire with me as my model cut down on the pictures too. But I treid to get a shot of most things I could.

Well....I made it back from trip number 1.
I had a great time and learned a lot. I wish I was still there. I came home to snow and frigid temps once again.
I will be writing a report, but it will not start till after I get back from the next trip. I just have too much to do before then to even think about writing and keeping up with it.
I am unpacked, still working on laundry and catching up on work today. And soon I will start the next trips packing!
I will think about this as I work today.

thanks. I need to get all my ducks in a row to get the pictures straightened out. I forgot to set my camera time according to the time zone I was in, so now they are not in the right folders. LOL

Seriously the flight is out of Detroit (DTW) at 6:45 AM!!! I live an hour away so that means I pretty much will not be sleeping the night before.

hmm I have always loved reading your cruise reviews and you are the one that actually introduced me to disboards through your cruise stuff. I guess I never realized you lived in Ohio. I see you say your are an hour away from DTW. We are too (Holland/Sylvania) area. Where are you from?

I have been really slacking here! I just don't seem to have a lot of time these days. We will be leaving in 2 weeks from tomorrow and I am starting to worry about things. I need to go over what I have together, gather clothing again and hope things fit some of us....Ok all of us are a little bigger this year!

When I arrived home from Disneyland I had a package! I knew what it was too. Bands for our first night stay.



Yesterday I got the bands for our last nights stay.



And today I got the random magnet pack that some people get.



I also ironed a pile of clothing today and made a few piles, but I have a lot more to go through yet before I can start packing. Basically it was mostly my stuff. I need to look and see if Skip even owns any shorts that fit. If you ask him, he will say they all do.....but I know better.

He will insist he has vacay clothes and next thing you know, I'm at Marshall's three days before vacation, on a desperate shopping trip because his shorts are too tight, or ripped or have ink stained pockets and all his short sleeve dress shirts are just "gone". Mysteriously "gone". That's code for he shrunk them in the wash and didn't tell me.

He will insist he has vacay clothes and next thing you know, I'm at Marshall's three days before vacation, on a desperate shopping trip because his shorts are too tight, or ripped or have ink stained pockets and all his short sleeve dress shirts are just "gone". Mysteriously "gone". That's code for he shrunk them in the wash and didn't tell me.

LOL. It's amazing that he can wear tight shorts, but his underwear has to be all stretched out and loose!

2 weeks till WDW and 3 till the cruise. We just are doing the 3 nighter with Nassau and CC. I already know it's too short!
