I was hoping some of you would be here at this time. Can you please tell me about the lime green? We can't wait. It will be the first time for DDs age 6 and 4. I have been several times.

A lot of DISers wear lime green in some way to bring themselves to other DISers attention. I have a lime green Mickey head that came from a Disney paint sample card from either Lowe's or Home Depot, I can't remember which. Some people put a lime green ribbon on their backpack, some wear lime green t-shirts and some even purchase official DIS merchandise at the DIS shop. My DD14 and I will be at SSR June 6-13. I hope to see you there!

Hey! We will be there June 3 through 12. I have received so much help on this board! Our first trip we stayed at the Poly, after that at Days Suites. The first time it was great, every time after it seemed a little more run down. This time, thanks to the great advice I got, we are staying at Cypress Pointe in a much bigger unit for the same $$!! It will be myself, DH, DGD 12 (almost 13) my brother and sis-in-law along with my nephew 13. Got my days all planned and all PS's except for one I'm still working on. We are driving and they are flying so we will have our SUV. Going to look at Crocs tonight, deciding between them and Tevas. I tell you, this board is priceless! We will have to chat some more! BP

We'll be at POFQ June 7-9, then to the Poly for June 9-13. I didn't know that about wearing lime green. Guess I need to buy me some lime green dockers shorts! Just kidding! Will have to find something though!

We will be there June 2-11 at BCV I usually attach the lime green Mickey heads to our backpack and use one as an ID tag for DD#2. This time I am going to try and remember to attach some to our stroller. Hope to see ya'll there

The lime green is the DIS's color. You can do anything lime green, shirts, hats, ribbons, etc. The paint chips are from Home Depot and they look like this:

get the Sonic Boom or Alien Green and you can laminate it, punch a hole on it, write your name, write your username, use it as a luggage tag, hang it from your shirt... a whole lot of things to do. It really identifies you as a DISer.

I'll be there 6/10 - 13 with my DNeph (7) - staying at the Swan. I always carry a bright lime-green Mickey backpack that I bought at CBR way back before I ever even heard of the DIS - I wear my DIS button on it. It's been fun the last few trips to bump into other DISers on the bus, in line, or just walking through the park and say 'hi'! We're going to spend most of our time at MGM for SWW - hope to see some of you there !

after that we go pick up my bro and his family at the airport

Dinner Chef Mickey's (might change this if I can get Liberty Tree Tavern)
Tues 6/7 Epcot
Lunch at Coral Reef

Wed 6/8 Typhoon Lagoon
maybe downtown Disney later
Thurs 6/9 DS
Lunch 50's Prime Time
still trying for Sci-Fi for dinner
Fri 6/10 kids pick park to repeat - no PS's
Sat 6/11 take bro back to airport to go home
BB for us
Sun 6/12 shop, eat, then drive home
