Going from MK to Kona for 11:00 ADR

How much time should we allow to get from the MK monorail station to the Poly for an 11:00 ADR at Kona? I've never been the the Poly, can someone explain where Kona is located once you get off the monorail?

Once you are at the monorail platform outside the MK (be sure to go to the Resort Monorail) it should take 20 minutes, give or take, to get to the Poly. Getting to Kona is easy. As you enter the GCH from the monorail platform, just bear left and Kona is right there.

How long does the boat ride take? We're planning to be at MK for rope drop, then get some fastpasses and do some rides before heading over to the Poly. Maybe we'll take the boat back to MK after our ADR. I don't want that morning to be too rushed.
