Good Morning and Happy Friday everyone!!

I had to pop on quick this morning and just say....39 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!

That to me seems so much closer than 40 days! WOOHOO!!!

The magazine was cute but for young ones, for sure! I think Lucas (my 5 year old will love it....), it was fun to page through though!!

Ok, I'm all caught up!!! So far, the only day we will be even close to each other is Sunday, 9-26. Nikki and I will be at the Magic Kingdom doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour! Then, from there, it all depends on how we feel and what we want to do!

Day 6...off to MGM!

I saw the rope drop my last trip to MGM, I don't really feel the need to see it again, not sure the kids would like it, honestly. The park is open 7-10 p.m. this day. I'd like to take it easy and not rush there...but what is everyones thoughts on this? Will we ever get tix to TSM if we don't? That is HUGE for the kids! It's a slower time of year (in theory, although with FD, not so sure, but with kids back in school, maybe?!), so do you think we'd be okay if we didn't get there until 9:30-10 a.m. or so? We have 12 noon lunch ressies at Mama Melrose, we had tried to eat there last time, but didn't have any luck, so we're looking forward to it. My favs in this park are TSM, One Mans Dream (although I've learned this is closed...sniff, sniff!), Voyage of the Little Mermaid and the Backlot tour, the kids haven't done this yet, but think they will love it this time! I also think they will really get into the Star Wars stuff, as last time they were too young to get it. Ethan REALLY wants to do Tower of Terror! I despise this ride.....I'm a daredevil, will do any rollar coaster you put me on, but something that drops and goes back up kills me! Todd and I did this on our honeymoon for the 1st time, and my last time! He loved it, so I think he's going to ride it again....just a little worried about my babies going on it! I hated that I didn't feel secure! Anyone else feel this way?!

This will be the 1st time to MGM that we haven't done Fantasmic with the kids! We all love it, but it's time to do some different things, although I'm pretty sure I will miss it!

We're thinking the Flatbread Grille there for dinner for a quick counter service. Anyone try it before? We usually do Backlot for quick but want to try something new. Or I guess if we're done with the park, maybe we'll just grab a quick dinner at POR and do the pool this night. We'll play it by ear.....

As we "speak" the boys are watching Beauty and the Beast!! And that reminds me, we LOVE the stage show of Beaty and the Beast, too! It's on our list!!

SO glad you found me, so sorry about my last TR....ran out of time!! But off to a fresh start!!!

Sounds like you know Plymouth well! I'm minutes away from all the things you listed....drove by them all today, as a matter of fact! Ethan is at camp at Steven field (where the farmers market is, on the water) every day!! Lucky boy!!

I can't beleive we're going to be at POR at the same time!!!! Are you doing a PTR? What are your dates? Fill me in girl!! I hope we get to see each other!!

We are going to be there from 9/24 to 10/2, so we overlap by a few days! We arrive late at night on the 24th. So far I see a couple of days we will be at the same place! The 25th we will be doing kind of a "down day" too, since it's our first full day. We plan to hit DTD and swim a bit, maybe AK that night. And we will also be at MK on the 26th. We're doing Chef Mickey's for BF early, then MK the whole day (that is my son's 3rd birthday). We should try to meet up sometime! I don't have a PTR- I don't have a great track record with keeping up with them! Maybe I should start one though- a place to keep all my rambling thoughts!

Love your spending $$ jar- that is so cute and a great idea! And your countdown calendar looks great. I need to get on top of making one! Only 42 days left!

I think the red glass bead your son picked out is beautiful! And I immediately thought it looked like a Mickey head!

Did you get those Buzz shirts from the Disney Store recently? They are so cute and would be perfect for David. I don't want to make the trip if they were there a long time ago- our closest store is in Peabody! Of course, I'm sure I'll head there before we leave... I can always find other things for Disney!

Isabelle really wanted to do ToT this last year. I let in and took her, even though I didn't think she was quite ready. Matt HATES feeling like he is falling, so he won't do ToT. Anyway, she kept saying, "I wanna go on it to see if I am big enough to go on it next year." LOL!!! She got off and said, "I don't want to go on it again until I am much bigger."

I think that sounds like a great plan--get some CS and eat it out by the pool. Your kids will thank you!

Love the countdown calendar, the spending jar...and the allowance ideas. You will have a great time at the pools...so pretty, great slide and great CS at POR...you could definately spend a whole day just laying low there, or even take the boat to DTD. I know what you mean though about feeling like you're wasting a ticket...you could do something like fireworks or something at night.
You should work for Pandora...you have me convinced that I NEED one. LOL! Your bracelet is so pretty...you have collected quite a few charms since receiving it.

I only have a second and promise to reply to all your posts soon, but had to share...we got a bit of mail today, thanks to one of my favorite DISers, Kimmy! THANK YOU, Kimmy! The boys LOVED their Mickey mail today!!!

So cute and even cuter was Lucas kept asking "Mommy, did Mickey really write this?"....love it!!

It seems like i'm training my boys right with them picking out "hidden Mickeys" everywhere! Lucas was sooo cute when he gave it to me, he was like Mommy look, there's Mickey!!! So cute!!

We got the Buzz & Woody tshirts in PA, actually, when we were visiting Tracey and Adam Memorial Day weekend! I'd call before you make the trip, I haven't seen them in our store in Braintree the last couple of times we've gone. Have you tried online?

Thanks Leighan! We're having fun with all the little planning, it's almost as much fun as going to Disney! I love the idea of taking the boat to DTD....that would be sooo nice! good idea! Need to jot that idea down in my Passporter, for sure!
