Animal Kingdom Extended Evening Food

With party season leading to extended evening hours happening at Animal Kingdom, I was wondering if folks knew of which (if any) restaurants were open during the ExEH time. Trying to figure out what to do for dinner with my kids when we are there next week. Thanks!

I saw that Animal Kingdom is having Extended Evening Hours in January, so I was wondering also. I do know that when they had (what is for them) a late closing last year, Satul'i Canteen stayed open, which makes sense since the vast majority of guests are in Pandora either for the attractions, the nighttime ambiance or both.

Following up on my own post, since it seems like folks didn't have the info - all of the QS in the parks were closed (I didn't check the TS, though given their last reservations were prior to ExEH, I assume they also closed up shop). I only saw one or two snack stands open.

That is pretty typical. I had never done late hours at AK, but generally they close most things. Like at MK, pretty much only Casey's corner is open, and the confectionary and such. Table service are usually still "open" as in serving guests already present, but not taking new guest. Eating can be tricky at late night times.

Late hours in the parks generally only include some snacks...it's more for rides and attractions, not food.

That's a shame, but thanks for the warning! I was really looking forward to Satul'i Canteen, but at least I know now. Guess I'll have to make sure to eat before 6:00.
