I finished my kids' autograph books. I went by Tanya90210"s directions with a couple of small changes. I think they turned out really nice.

AWWWWWWWWWWWW! Those are very nice! Now I wish I had made my kids' some. I originally thought about it but I never got around to it. Oh well something to think about for Next time!

I did it! I am all caught up! I love all the pictures, may I be the 1,957th person to tell you that your kids are adorable? Your dad is right though, we need pics of you too!

Your autograph books look awesome! Now I feel guilty because my kids had wanted to make their own, but I had no idea where to start and I told them that we would just buy some in the park Actually, I have already ordered them for their gift baskets, but I still feel bad that we didn't make them, especially since yours turned out so nice!

Great books! I did this last time & have an amazing scrapbook to show for my efforts. This time, I'm just buying a Disney one & getting one autograph per character, not per kid. Your amazing books made me re-think for a moment. But no! I must simplify somewhere.

7 days left! I would love to see the scrapbook that you did.Mine look at their autographs alot and like to show them to people, so I thought it would make the perfect souvenir. Yep I agree its time to simplify!

Tanya is wonderful! I knew I wanted to make them but had no idea where to start. I haven't decided if I am going to write a report.I am going to try to take notes each day and decide when I get home.

I spoke with Peyton's teacher today and told her that he would be missing three days of school starting Friday to go to Disney.She was fantastic about it! She said she is thrilled that he has this opportunity and not to worry about the missed work.She will have him makeup only what is absolutely neccesary and other than that she wants him to write in a journal every day and then do a report to the class for a grade. Tomorrow I will tell Rebekah's teacher but I am not worried,Peyton had her last year.She won't give her the work ahead of time but it won't be alot either.

Last night I spent some time on my "notebook".Most of you obssessed people know what I mean.The book with the important info.I put in my ADR info,hours of operation,the EMH hours.What do all of you put in your book?Tips?

I haven't decided if I am going to do a Trip report when I return but I would like to be prepared if I do.Do you write about your day before bed?I am so tired by then I am afraid my brain won't be working properly. I was telling Peyton about the journal he will be writing in daily and he asked if I would write his thoughts here in my report.He said it would be Disney from his way of seeing it.I think that would be cute.I may post that if nothing else.

This time next week I will be close to arriving at Pop Century!!!!

about your notebook, i also include the times of major shows/parades (i.e., wishes, fantasmic, spectromagic).

about writing a TR......here are my tips. make out a list of everything you want to do that day. as you go along, mark things off by numbering them in the order you did them. i'd usually do this when we'd sit down for a snack or lunch or while ray was going to the men's room or something. or while waiting in line for things......something to keep you busy! of course you can also job down notes of anything special that happened on a ride or during a show or whatever. also, take LOTS of pictures. this helped me soooooo much. i'm sure you have a digital camera and once you upload your pics to your computer, you can put your mouse over the picture and it will show you the date and time you took the picture. at least mine does that. that helped me with keeping up with what time and what order certain things happened.

I take along a very thin pocket travel journal (Boarders) and any time I get a moment or two I jot down notes; on the bus, in a queue, waiting for a table, and yes, even sometimes before bed! That, plus my itinerary and photos, help me to keep organized and to remember the details.

Thats great about the kids teachers. My daughter starts school Wednesday and I plan to tell the teacher that am. Its not going to be pretty. She will miss about 9 days. Last year she missed about 6 I believe and the teacher was awesome. Hoping the same for this year.

I will definitely report about the trip if I don't do a full trippie.I wish I were about ready to go.I am feeling a little overwhelmed with all I need to this weekend.Plus I am giving a bday party here this weekend. At least it will make me get the house "company clean" before I go.But DH and Tyler will probably destroy it while I am gone. Have a great day!!

Hi!!I will send some pixie dust your way that they don't give you a hard time. If kids in the school system miss more than five unexcused days(vacations are unexcused) then the parents are fined and a social worker gets involved. Have a great day!

I really like the teacher's idea of having Peyton write a report while he was gone. That will be great to keep and look back on when he gets older.
