Whew-I did ! Last night it took almost an hour on the phone but I booked our trip for September! 5 Nights at the POP, 2 adults, 1 kid, 1 day base ticket and NO TRAVEL PACKAGE PROTECTION $630!
The CM who helped was very helpful but there were problems. The computer was slow. Also it couldn't find me in the records, at first. I've only been 9 times in the last 8 years. First she booked me with 5 day base tickets. Then she changed it to one day-the price was higher! She said, oh yeah-the more you play the less you pay. No, I said, that's price per day, not the total. How could 1 day cost more than 5! Anyway she fixed that and then it wouldn't accept the 1 day base-Oops- she fixed that after a few more minutes. Then it was still $120 too much-she didn't know why-the computer doesn't break it down. "Maybe" she said "its the travel package protection" Dah! Sure enough, after removing the travel protection, the price was right-WHEW!
Now all I have to do is book my ADRs. Park Faire 1900 for dinner, for sure. Others, maybe Kona, California Grill, first time eating at Wilderness Lodge? Oh-I just love free Dining! (We paid for it in January 2005, free in Sept. 2005, without it Jan. 2006, and free again September 2006-YEAH!)
