What exactly is the "goat trick" I keep reading about?

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=navy>On Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, there is a billygoat chewing on some dynomite. As you pass the goat, and the train goes round the bend, keep your eyes on the goat. You'll have to turn your head (& I hear the back row is the best for this).

Apparently, you'll have a fun, dizzy effect.
