Goat Cheese Recipe???

I've been craving warm goat cheese for a couple of days. I may well wind up just warming some up and serving it with apples, figs and pecans or with all the mentioned in a mixed green salad.

But before I buy the cheese on Sunday, anyone have a fantastic goat cheese salad that would include a bit of the sweet and a crunch of a nut?

I don't have a recipe, but when you make it can I have the leftovers? What you're describing sounds fantastic.

It's not a salad, but is sweet, salty and crunchy!

Take a log of goat cheese and roll it in salted sunflower kernels. Drizzle it with your favorite honey and garnish with raspberries or blackberries. Serve with crackers.

Maybe you can adapt this for your salad.
