Okay, gang, I know my goal is a long way off but I like to think about it from time to time to help keep me motivated. I am trying to decide if I want to go for a "number on the scale" or a particular size. If I go for a number on the scale I would go for between 135-140 pounds. If I go for a size, I would like to be an 8 or a 10.
What about you? Do you see yourself at a goal weight or envision stopping when you get to a certain size? Inquiring minds wanna know!

I'm 10 lbs away from 145 so I'm kind of happy. It is just taking F-O-R-E-V-E-R! 
It's been 17 years since I last weighed my 'goal' weight and, I think I was wearing a 10 but, I'm not sure.
But, I'm 1/2 way to my first weight goal!
