go voyages safe?

Has anyone ever used govolo(govoyages) to book flights. It is a Europe site but it has way cheaper flights for my return home flight next month then currently on any other site and For my Flight from Paris in Sept it's the cheapest but I don't know if it is a reliable site.

I've not heard of them and can't find too much about them online, I did come across a few English reviews and they weren't very good (Someone didn't get their tickets etc)

When it comes to bad reviews, mishaps happen, but there are things you'll never read in reviews, like the story of the guy who made a fuss about not getting his tickets ... to finally realise that he didn't provide the TA with his correct adress ...

Anyway, I use them quite often, and the only issue I had with them was to get an operator on the phone who was somewhere like in Turkey and barely spoke French ... for a french TA I found it a bit strange ...

Thanks I posted on a few places cause it kind of applied to them all. I ended up booking direct through icelandair RT at a good price for Europe. This site does have a good price for my trip next month flying within the US so I haven't decided yet if I am going to book that or not.
