I am sure most would agree that the menus at all Disney resorts seem to resemble each other. The food has without a doubt changed over the last 5 years or more, sadly not for the better. JMHO

Debating places we have not tried like 50's Primetime Cafe vs a more traditional place but with a more appealing menu like Grand Floridian Cafe or the Wave.

So do you go for the food or the experience? Seems you can not really do both.

I was not overly impressed with the food at Disney. To me it was more about the experience. The food wasn't great but the meal was memorable (in a good way).

It really depends on the ages/preferences of the people you're going with. However, some places, many of the Epcot restaurants, Raglan Road, and 50's Prime Time Cafe included, are pretty good for the food and the experience. I would definitely recommend checking out Raglan Road if you haven't been there yet!

If you haven't checked it out yet, there's a WDW guide for grown ups from Frommer's that has really good reviews for restaurants that focus on both the food and entertainment.
