Just wondered if anyone had a gmail account and what they thought of it...Hotmail is driving me potty and i've heard some good things of gmail, i understand its invitation only...but not sure what to do?

I have a gmail account which I love. I use it as an email address for anything that I buy online. The storage is excellent and I would recommend it.

I have several (yes, several, LOL) Gmail accounts and it's great - much better than Hotmail, imho! The storage space is something like 2.5GB, which is LOADS more than you'll ever use!! You'll never have to purge your old emails ever again.

Cochise, I have loads of invites too, about 100 per account!!

i use Yahoo mail in addition to my 'regular' email accounts....i use the yahoo email address whenver i sign up for anything on the internet...that way i get all the junk mail to my yahoo account (where there is a huge storage) rather than to my regular home email account or to my work email account...
