I am just wondering, after listening to Pete and Walters review I can't imagine they are still the same. I am a die hard Poly fan, but I don't always get that same experience that Pete described at the GF. I stayed at the Poly at the end of June and found the rooms to be a little worn down, clogged shower heads, patio doors that were almost impossible to open in 2 different rooms. All of my issues were addressed without a problem, however I should have wrote a letter when I got home but time got away from me. Who could I drop a line to about my issues? I would hate to go back and have the same broken door issues, perhaps they don't realize that they are in need of matinance? Anyhow does anyone know who the gm is and how can I contact his/her office? I am not looking for anything or to get anyone in trouble I just want to help to keep up my favorite resort.
