Special diets sent me their individual allergen lists but I noticed they don't really include snacks. Its mostly what pastas, breads, milks and ice cream subs are available in each restaurant. We've got the restaurants covered... but I want to know what snacks my son (8) will be able to eat in the parks. Last time we went was 2 years ago and he was able to eat frozen strawberry and pineapple bars and popcorn. Anyone know if they still have the those and if they are safe still?? OR if there are any other snacks that are GF/SF/MF/PF/TF?? Obviously we'll read labels when we get there but I want to have a general idea of how much we should bring with us. TIA!!

Not being soy free I can't be sure that all of our favourites are soy free. I do know that the Enjoy Life products are free of all of your allergens. You can find the cookies at lots of places and at resorts & Sunshine Seasons you can find the chocolate bars.

How sensitive are the nut allergies? Have you read the Babycakes nut and soy statement? Only you can decide how comfortable you are with their products. Our peanut allergies are very mild and even our hazelnut allergies which are the worst of our nut issues isn't too bad so we've been fine with them but each person needs to understand what is and isn't safe for them. If you have a problem with Babycakes though then you'll have the same problem with all of the Bob's Red Mill used around WDW since the flour in question at Babycakes is Bob's Red Mill.
We do not bake with nuts* or soy; however, all of our gluten free flours are processed on equipment that packages hazelnut, almond flours and soy. They power wash the machinery and discard the initial 30 pounds of flour between runs.

Like I said, we're not soy free and our nut allergies are not severe so you'll want to check on these but our go-to snacks are Enjoy Life products, popcorn from the carts, WDW brand plain potato chips, frozen Coke, OMG chocolate chip cookies (brownies have milk and I think maybe other flavours do as well), dairy free ice cream (we eat Tofutti which you can't have but there's Rice Dream at the ice cream parlours and resorts as well), Surf Sweets gummy candies, and the Goofy's packaged candies are well labeled for allergens and we eat some of the ones that are labelled without our allergens.
