Gluten free ?

Hi! I have celiac and was wondering about the specialty coffee drinks in Disney. I have read Starbucks says no drinks are safe from cross contamination. What about at the other places? I'm specifically wondering about lattes and maybe caramel type coffees. Anyone have any experience ordering these? Just ask the cm? Thanks for any help!
Also..are the snacks safe at epcot French bakeries?

I often frequent starbucks- I am gluten free- they will usually wash out with soap the blender container before they make my drink- no issues
