Gluten free snacks

i was wondering if snack credits could be used at the gluten free/vegan bakery in Disney Springs? I need to eat gf and I was thinking it would be nice to use snack credits to have treats for breakfast in the room.

It doesn't look like they accept snack credits (from Disney's website)

I've used snack credits at Erin McKenna's bakery in DS without any issue
