Can anyone tell me what kind of Gluten free dietary options ANY restaurant in WDW has?

When you make an ADR be sure to tell the CM your dietary requirements.
And when your server is taking your order let them know. WDW chefs are wonderful about working with special dietary needs.
I have a friend who has to eat gluten free. She is thrilled with the counter service at American Adventure as they offer gluten free buns. She had not had a hamburger in a bun for a long time until she discovered that and she was in heaven.
One odd thing we found out. Once we ate at San Angel Inn. She assumed she could not eat the chips, but the salsa was okay. Before eating, she asked the server and found out just the opposite. The chips were fine, NOT the salsa! They put wheat in the salsa to thicken it. (This is unless they have since changed that.)
She has also dined at the Garden View Tea at GF. They make tea sandwiches on rice bread for those dining gluten free.
She also loved the ratatouille at Cafe de France.

My in-laws are GF and here are a few places that I remember.

Whispering Canyon- the skillet (they will also give you GF rolls)
Prime Time Cafe-they have a GF chicken pot pie
Tonys- GF Spagetti and meatballs
Counter services will also get GF hamburger rolls and pizza for you.

There are definitely a few GF threads. Just do a search.

Most important-let them know when you make your ADR's so they can prepare ahead of time for you

Just yesterday my friend and I were speaking of this!
She visits WDW every 4 months from Chicago, with her
hubby and kids.
She told me that she just tells the person making her
ADR about her Gluten allergy, and they note it.
When checking in, if they do not mention it, remind them.
The chefs at most restaurants have come out to talk to her
about it, and they have walked her through the buffets, letting
her know what she can and can not have.
At some restaurants they have even baked her fresh items that
were gluten free,, that did not touch other things in the baskets,
that had gluten in them....Very special attention is given to these
allergies.
Good luck,,,just remember to always ask.:)
They have even made her special "Zebra Domes" so she
would not miss out on this amazing dessert!!

I would suggest going over to the disABILITIES Forum and look at Post #3 in the disABILITIES FAQs. There is a large section there with lots of links concerning dietary restrictions.

My signature includes a direct link to the disABILITIES FAQs.

My girlfriend's mother dines Gluten Free and every place we went to eat (CS & TS) had some Gluten Free options. GF Hamburger and hot dogs rolls were available at the CS places we ate at. At all of our TS dinners the chef came out and spoke to GF's mommy and at our two buffet dinners walked her through the buffet to sow her what she could and could not eat. THe TS places also had tapioca(sp) rolls for her at dinner.

Here is a list of places we ate (that I recall)

WDW is the first place I've not had to Cook for DD on vacation. They are wonderful just let them know when making TS reservation about the allergies and Contact Brenda Bennett (do a search) and she will send you lists about the counter service option.
