Gluten-free at Rainforest & Chef de France

Hi,

One traveler in our party must have gluten-free foods. I have read reviews on some of the restaurants we are going to, but has anyone tried Rainforest Cafe and Chef de France for gluten-free meals. Also, we are going to Universal for two days and was wondering about Mythos (have not decided on second dining place in Universal).
