Gluten Free and Sugar Free desserts??

I am trying to go gluten free and sugar free during our next trip (at home, I'm actually all grain free and sugar free). Do you know of any Gluten and Sugar free desserts or snacks included on the DDP? I can have natural sugars, like fruits and honey. Wondering if there are any options besides whole fruits or fruit cups. Thanks!!

I just read on allears about a new kiosk that recently opened in AK. It has a book about all the restaurants and lets you know what items ingredients are. They also sell some special items there. Here's the list I know have on my snacks list

I'm would think that they are planning this kiosk at the other parks as well.
