Do they still have the glow with the show ears? and if so, what is the price?

do you think they are worth the price?
do they always sync up during the shows? or do they tend to have troubles working?

They still had them when I was there at the start of the month. I don't remember the exact price, but somewhere around $25 comes to mind. I had. Iced luck with them syncing, but if I turned them off and then back on they were fine.

In terms of being worth the price...I thought they were a neat novelty, but I only had them with me the day I bought them. They were uncomfortable to wear (heavier because of the battery pack) and the person wearing them can't really see the lights. They aren't really wide spread in the parks, so you don't see very many during the shows (maybe one or two). Also, I have to admit, I find them distracting/annoying when someone is wearing them so I try hard not to stand behind someone wearing a pair.

I did a search & came across this thread b/c I was just about to post my own w/this question. :)

I was also just there earlier this month but did not notice the carts at night as much as I did several months ago in the Studios or the displays in the stores selling them. I also did not make it to any night time shows, though believe me, I did try all three nights I was there! I guess since it was the 1st official spring break week, the crowds were a bit too intense for us so we skipped it.

I do remember when I was there in December, they did distract me a bit too much from the Osborne lights show at HS so I was not standing behind those who had them for that reason.

When they first came out w/them, I did think it was a good idea though. :)

When we were there from 3/11-3/15, there were a bunch in World of Disney at DTD. Also saw them selling on carts while waiting for Fantasmic! It sure worked with the shows, but if not that many people using them, then you won't see the effects like online though. We did get 1 for our family of 4 because my 6 yrs old DS wanted one.
