glow bracelets don't glow

I bought several packs at Target before Halloween too. I found them to be as you described. They don't seem to glow, unless you are in total darkness.

MY kids were happy to have them at the Halloween parade (outdoors at night), but disappointed when we tried to use them at a party (indoors).

I don't think I would buy them again.

Yeah I have had anywhere from 1 to 4 duds in their tubes. Its still not bad for $1 since there is 15 in them.

Oh they also seem to increase the glow better if put up by a light for awhile but the brighter glow wears off pretty quick. They still have fun when I buy these and she shares with my friends kiddos.

I never buy anything at any of the dollar stores or the dollar Target area if they have to "work" in some way, or any type of food/candy, or could have an expiration date. (so I'll buy storage bins, books, etc). But not even pens or anything.

I bought a 50 pack of glow sticks at rite aid for $6.99 (maybe it was even $9.99) and they all worked.

I outfitted my own kids and our group we walked around with, and had lots left over. very worth the money.
