How do you locate other Windsor Hills properties which aren't managed by this company? Our experience March 7-16th was less than ideal with the house we rented from the owner but was managed, and I use the term loosely, by this company.
Overtly the company is pleasant enough to deal with but are just staffed with poor managers. We had issues with them showing the house while we were there (it was up for sale), lack of house and pool cleanliness, (I don't know how the owner will sell the house), and their inability to follow through with the BBQ I rented through Global. After various phone calls, trips to the office, the third BBQ we had finally worked! It was just too bad we finally received it 2 days before we left! Global's excuse was that they rented the BBQ's from an outside contractor. Maybe they should be reassessing their contract! When we checked out, I overheard various other renters complaining about paying for pool heat and not receiving it, and all Global would do is say that the people would hear from their accounting department. They would not give immediate credit back to these people on their credit cards! Right now, I am waiting on pins and needles as I had to give Global my credit card number in case there were any damages to the house. They said they would contact me if there was any problem but somehow I am not so trusting! My ownly advice is to be very careful with this company!
