Great Update - I love your pictures at Boma. Memom will be so happy about those pics... I went there in April. The food is so yummy... I hope one day you will get the experience ride RoRc... it is cool ride.. you just have to get through the first part..
yeah - I was in bed watching tv and I made myself a TV dinner.. lol. I was so tired from all the running around I did all day. I think that is the day I did Epcot EMH - Then DHS, then went back to Epcot. I sooo want to be there right now.

Mandy, I do agree! If Glenda can ride TOT and Expedition Everest she can certainly ride Space Mountain. Glenda, my group decided to go to MNSSHP Sept 9th. Since you'll be there that night too, it will be a good night for Mandy and I to get you on Space Mountain. My mom won't ride it, but only because she's afraid she won't be able to get in and out of those low cars. I'll make my husband ride by himself and Mandy and I will let you sit in the middle seat between us. Only thing is, Mandy will have to sit in the front, because I wouldn't want you reaching up and choking me during the ride . Oh you do know there is a hidden Pooh on that ride (as you exit) don't you? Maybe that will give you an incentive to ride it.

As far as pecan pie, I may have to bring you one in Sept. Like most southerners, I do make a mean pecan pie, if I do say so myself. Would one of those be allowed on the plane and would that be a big enough bribe to get you on Space Mountain?

Glad you guys liked POFQ. I was there solo May 3rd-10th and loved it. We're staying at PORS in Sept and can't wait.

Now finish that trip report! We're waiting!

Now I have to admit, I did NOT take any notes. Understand, this is my FAVORITE place to eat. So there was no time for a pad and pen. I WANTED FOOD!!!!

I started out with salad w/mango vinegrette, pasta salad and Carrot Ginger Soup. I did this twice. The second time I had a more salad but with Apple vinegrette, pasta salad, and Coconut Curried Seafood Stew.

after seeing your video of boma, i REALLY want to eat there now! erica and i have ADRs there in september but we have like 3 alternate plans, so now i'm really hoping boma will work out. that pineapple cheesecake looks so good! white chocolate is my FAVORITE!!!

Wow I was gone for a few days and see what happens. You have updates and fans!! You are really moving right along. I love that you meet up with some Hot Men I have to say I have met quite a few good looking men in my life that I have not been able to have.

I was thrilled with your room at AKL. It looked wonderful. I may have to try it there again. I was not happy with the one time I stayed there. Could have just been a bad week. (I was also preggers with my 2nd so that could have thrown things off)

I am also not a fan of Boma for dinner but I did love it for breakfast. That juice is to die for!!

I think it's great you have met so many other Dis members, LaMagique looked good, and it sounds like a fun time was had by all. Just reading about your three park day made me tired, and ready to go back to bed.

I loved the tour of the studio at Animal Kingdom, and enjoyed the view.

loved the ANTM video! i love that show and my husband HATES that i watch it!

and that CM on big thunder was hilarious! you know those guys get so bored so they have to entertain themselves some way!

My life has been busy with selling my house and a new job, so I've neglected the DIS and you!!! I am very sorry!!!!!

I am caught up and can't wait to read more about your trip! I am also jealous that you write them so fast! I am still writing my TR from my Nov trip and have 1 1/2 days left. That will be my mission this week....finish my TR!!!!

After your TR's, I have since road Soarin', which scared me to death but I'll do again and am determined to get on Everest in Sept when I go with DH!!! I think I may miss you, but if not I'd love to meet you "in the flesh"!!!

- I'll be there 9/6 - 9/13, I think you get there after I leave
- As for the TR, I HAVE to write them fast. There's no way I would remember half this stuff even a month from now!

What kinds of cameras do you have? You're pics are so clear.

Thanks for the tour of AKL - one of these days I'll get to see it in person. That's my dream resort to stay at if we could afford deluxe. And, as for BOMA, DH and I want to eat there but couldn't fit it in to our trip this year. Oh well.... I feel like I've eaten there now cause of your pics. That soup sounds awesome, and, I just found a recipe for it on Allears. I will definitely be trying it.

Looking forward to hearing and seeing the rest. Don't worry about not having taken notes - we would never know!

-My camera is a Canon Powershot A620. It's a digital still camera, with video function.
- I hope you do get to Boma soon! As for staying at AKL, try staying there in the low season when it's a bit cheaper - especially in September.

So Sorry that you didnt like it. Boma serves all the same kinds of food we normally eat, but seasoned and presented in a different way. Hopefully the next time you go to a different kind of restaurant, you'll try something new!

Day 4 - Monday, June 9th

"Monday, Mondaaaay - Ahh ahh ahh ahhh ahhh ahhh - So good to meeee . . . ."

Well folks, When I woke up on Monday morning, I felt like I had been beaten with a stick. The ONLY thing that got me moving was that we were meeting yet another DIScelebrity, whom we had confirmed with the night before. I WAS TIRED!

When we made our way to the MK, the bus was there, but was packed. The CM told us that another one would be there shortly. No problem. We were early, and would be the first on the next one. WRONG! It took nearly 40mins for the next one. And since I was so tired from the day before, I did not have any energy to stand at the front of the group, at the curb for that long. So by the time the bus got there, I was in the middle of the pack, but at least we got on.

I must admit that I was mad that we'd missed the rope drop. MadiMouse said that she overheard someone saying that this was their last day there, and were sooooo disappointed that they wouldnt have another chance to see it. Well folks, that REALLY sealed the deal, the next time, I'm renting a car!!!

By the time we got off the bus at MK, I just knew that we were late for our meeting with the next DIScelebrity - then my phone rang. They were JUST getting there. They stopped at MGM at 7:45am (emh) first to get on the Toy Story Ride. They loved it! There was a 30mins wait - even that early!

As soon as we walked into Magic Kingdom, we spotted the one we were here to meet - SNOWBELL!!!
She is sooo cute! She had pig tails, which matched her bubbly personality! It was so funny how fast we all got along. You would've thought that we'd been together the day before and we were just picking up where we'd left off.

Again, things are a bit foggy since I didnt take notes. We rode mostly everything in Fantasy Land and Tomorrow Land. Winnie the Pooh is quickly becomming one of my favorites! I love the bouncey part!

We were surprised that Snow White had NO WAIT!

And of course we had to ride Peter Pan!!!

Now, can someone tell me why would someone bring a Lap Top to Magic Kingdom, AND HAVE to use it while in line to see Peter Pan?

As we were walking around, we told Snowbell about the HOT men we saw at MGM. She said that she'd seen a bunch of them too, and some were at her resort. She even managed to get a shot from a distance of a bunch of them around the pool in their red shirts. She whipped out her camera to show us the shot she got!

Later, we made our way over to another favorite, Haunted Mansion.

After leaving HM, we headed over to Frontier Land where we would split up. Snowbell was meeting her Mother and Aunt for the rest of the day, before hanging out at the pool, then going back home. So we managed to take a few more shots . . .

All though we were sad that our time was over so fast, I had to remind them that we HAD to meet up again sometime soon. I mean think about it, this whole trip was because of a DISmeet that was too short back in December! So hopefully someday, I'll get to Snowbell again too!!!
