I don't know what your local MAW office does, but the local MAW office by me sends the itinerary in the mail 1-2 weeks before you leave for the MAW trip. My dd had her WDW,MAW trip last June. We did not stay at GKTW, we stayed at a deluxe resort on property. I did get a GKTW itinerary in the mail by accident about 2 wks. before we left. Then I got the right itinerary about 1 wk. before we left.
You should try to get a hold of your wish granter or the wish staff coordinator at your MAW office if your itinerary doesn't come the next couple of days.
