Monday and Tuesday - 10 min. walks with puppy - brings me to 80/300. I know I probably won't make my goal by the end of Nov., but I will try to break 100 min. as my minimum, and go as far as I can!

I blew it yesterday. In my defense, I got switched (subbing) to first grade. - I love the little ones, but they're exhausting. I spent the evening in front of the computer instead of exercising. I do plan to get out for a walk today though.

I got in a quick 2 mile run today. With my pre-run PT, warm-up and cool down walk, and the run its a total of 37 minutes. Bringing me to 1629/1750.

25 minutes of spinning and 35 minutes of low impact cardio brings my total to 1125/1200.

What a difference a month makes. Same goal as last month, I barely made it on the last day last month and I will probably reach my goal for this month tomorrow.
