OK so here' my dilemma. When we went to WDW last October, my parents got us military tickets. They also did this back in May with no problem, but she was given the tickets ahead of time then. They said military park hopper on the back. However, this past time she had to pick up the tix at Guest Services and she had trouble with the CM there. He didn't understand what she had bought and questioned her for a long time before giving her the tickets (I wasn't there). She finally got all of our tix and we used them with no problem.

We're planing on going in a couple of weeks to use up the rest of the days. So I found the tickets and noticed they say park hopper FL on the back. Does that mean they are FL resident tickets? We are not FL residents or else this wouldn't be an issue.

I know we'll be fine if we aren't ID'd, but is there anything I can do about it now? I would like to avoid a big ordeal at the gate with my 3 kids if we are ID'd and don't have proof of FL residency. I also do not want to pay extra because we paid the right price with the military discount.

What are my options, if any? Is there anyway they can re-issue the tickets if Mom can find her original paperwork or am I just going to have to chance it?

Sorry, so long. Just starting to freak out a little :scared:

Thanks!

It would help of your Mom could find the paperwork and receipts and make photocopies to send/give to you.

Your best bet is to use the tickets as-is and hope for the best. The paperwork will help if questions are asked.

You may find that the number of dollars off your ticket budget you save could be very small when you use these tickets. Such might be the case if you need to buy more tickets to finish the vacation with. Provided the military tickets don't expire you are better off saving them for a short vacation or for a time you are using only leftovers.

Thanks! I'll talk to my Mom.

This is just a quick trip. That's how I got DH to agree to go again so soon :teeth:
