Give up a day of Disney for Universal?

Naturally you're entitled to your opinion, but are you seriously saying that you didn't think the incredible theming of IOA to be better than 6 flags?

I know several attractions at IOA that nowhere (EVEN Disney) has a comparison to....

You are entitled to your opinion, but I can't see how anyone can say IOA has very little theming unless they are walking around with blinders on.
Yes, Disney has great parks, but the theming at IOA is pretty incredible IMHO. Every time I walk through I notice different things.

Six Flags?!!! I cannot see the comparison but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Isn't it great that there are so many different options to satisfy each of our tastes????

I love the Disney parks and love the Universal parks just as much. However, my opinion is that Six Flags is not even in the same category as those two destinations. Believe me I know....we just got back from Six Flags over Georgia and were very disappointed. All I kept thinking was "I wish I was at Universal" However, I am sure that there are some that love Six Flags and to each is own. At least there is something for all of us.

Sorry, over at IOA I just don't enjoy the theming, to me its just another theme park with thrill rides...If we have a day to spend at Universal we will spend about 2 hours at IOA and the rest of the day at USF.... IMO, Universal has a few things on Disney:

1. We enjoy City Walk more than Pleasure Island..

2. I like the closeness of the two parks and City Walk to each other, though that can also be a disadvantage as I often prefer the spacious WDW grounds..

3. Better deals can be found at Universal, though when I am on vacation its not that big of a deal...
