So it looks like I'm going to get back to Disney a little sooner than I thought, this next summer! I would really love some recommendations on some new places to try, especially for my DD7 and DD5. Here are the restaurants we have went to the last two trips (the only two with them):

Chef Mickey's (2x for dinner)
Akerhaus (1x for breakfast)
Cinderella's Royal Table (1x for breakfast)
Ohana (1x for dinner)
Sci-Fi (1x for lunch)
Mama Melrose (Fantasmic Package)
1900 Park Faire (1x for dinner)
HDDR
Biergarten (1x for dinner)
Cape May (1x for dinner)
Le Cellier (1x for dinner)

Crystal Palace and try for a before park opening ADR so you can see the park pretty empty. Super cool!

Whispering Canyon - my 5 year old loved it! And so did we!

And not really fun for your kids but we all absolutely LOVED Kona Cafe for dinner.

We've also enjoyed 50s PTC 2 of the 3 times we've eaten there. Our last trip wasn't as much fun.

We're trying SciFi this time - I think the kids will think the cars are pretty cool.

Back yard bbq (not great food except ribs, but kids love entertainment :)

I would also agree with Crystal Palace! Great dinner buffet. I would also say Coral Reef. I would try and ask to be seated next to the tank. I am pretty sure they have non seafood choices if you don't like that. We loved seeing all the fish. My boys liked Sci Fi. I think your girls would enjoy sitting in the cars. And if you have the dining plan the milkshakes are included and yummy!

How about: Tusker House Safari breakfast
Crystal Palace & Coral Reef...these are some favorites of ours.

I would say definitely Tusker House breakfast and Whispering Canyon. My boys were about the age of your girls when we went for the first time and they loved Tusker House. The food is very good and the characters really interact with all of the kids. We went to Whispering Canyon on our last trip recently and they really loved the silly antics of the CM's. Plus, it is a beautiful resort to explore.

I would say Boma for dinner it has such a great variety. Grand Floridian Cafe for dinner it is such a hidden gem. 50s prime time for lunch or dinner is something our kids really enjoy. Coral Reef is also neat for kids with the tank and we thought the food was very good there. And Kona cafe for supper is delicious.

My choices for you would be:

Whispering Canyon Cafe - fun for the kids and great fun to watch other people (ketchup!)

Crystal Palace - Good food, characters

Garden Grill - Great character interaction

Coral Reef - aquarium!

Good luck deciding! :goodvibes

I'd recommend Teppan Edo (usually our best meal of the trip, and great entertainment), Garden Grill (best character interaction we've had in a long time), and Coral Reef (to watch the fish).

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm so ready to eat at some new restaurants. I have always wanted to try Crystal Palace for breakfast but my kids aren't big Pooh fans. But after getting into the park early for BBB on our last trip, I think that an early reservation here is the way to go.
There are also a lot of ideas on here for places I have never even considered so I really appreciate the input. Now to start the list!:cool1:

We love Crystal Palace and Tusker House for breakfast. As someone mentioned, schedule your reservation for around 8am before the park opens. We also enjoy Coral Reef and my kids absolute favourite is Teppan Edo. My personal favourites also include Yak and Yeti, and Tutto Italia.
A lot of people have recommended Whispering Canyon, but we though the food here wasn't very good. Also, depending on how outgoing your kids are, 50's Prime Time is/isn't such a great idea (my kids were not amused)!

My girls will be 11 & 9 on our next trip so I am thinking they'll be done with BBB as well...How will we go early to MK now? Thinking CP for that reason but have heard the food is good. Great thread!
