Give a day website down now..still need too print my Vouchers?

I had fillled everything out and got the e-mail from Disney Destinations that my Free ticket vouchers were ready too print, but had not done it since we are not going till December...Dang it! Wish I would have just saved them too a word document and saved the file.

So I got 3 e-mails this morning from Disney Destinations informing me of this , but it said I could still print them in a PDF file. I got one for me, my DD and My neice..My problem is they forgot my Mom's Vouchers???


What to do? I e-mailed them this morning and explained that I did not get her's and I did attach the previous e-mail that said they were ready too print with all four of our names.

Have any of you experienced this?? Do you think the will be able too get me my 4th Voucher? I am printing them ASAP....

I just hate when things get messed up. I should have just printed them!! UGH!

You should receive another e-mail on where you can now print your vouchers from. I received it yesterday. Don't worry!

And yes after I e-mailed Disney that they left out the e-mail with my Mom's voucher it came about 30 minutes later...So now I have all 4 of them....

Shhhhuuuu....Makes me feel better

I just get panicked and then turn too my support...The DIS!

Yesterday we each received another e-mail reminding us to print our vouchers. Glad your crisis was averted!

They must have done a mass e-mailing to everyone who hasn't used their vouchers yet. I received one for each of our volunteers as well.

I emailed the Disney Destinations help e-mail for the give a day website. You can find it on Disney.com. Click on the parks tab. They gave me an answer very quickly..Got my voucher sent for my Mom, but also told me I could use a Voucher # that they e-mailed me if I did not get the one too print. So they were very quick and helpful. I got an answer within hours. I will try and attach the e-mail.

You can also call the GAD support line, 407-827-5990. They can look up the voucher number based on the phone number used to register, and said the CMs can print them out at the ticket booth

thank goodness I saw this!! I just spent ten minutes searching, and for some reason it was in my SPAM mail.

You don't even really have to have the vouchers at all. For some reason we are unable to get our voucher link so I called and they said the vouchers are for customer purpose only. When you arrive to redeem your GAD at the parks they will look you up in the system and cross reference with your ID. My daughter just did this at DL with no issues.
