I am just investigating restaurants. Mandy, you know Birmingham pretty well - any suggestions? I have looked at Old Orleans, in Broad Street, but not sure how far away from the Mailbox that is. We went to Strada and Bar Estilo last time didn't we? Did we want to try somewhere different this time?

If anyone else has any eatery suggestions, please feel free to add. Basically, we want somewhere for dinner on Friday night, lunch on Saturday and dinner on Saturday night.

Joh, the Mailbox is 5 minutes away from Broad Street. I am pretty easy when it comes to food, I can usually find something anywhere

In The Mailbox, there's a Nando's, The Oriental (Thai), Strada, Bar Estilo, Pennyblacks (I've never eaten there, but it's always popular) and more here

As for Saturday lunch, it may be best to eat at the Bull Ring, and Nat may insist that we go back to Pizza Express or there's a Nando's, Pizza Hut and more here

I posted on facebook as well but i would love to come, would only stay the one night ... Dont want to give my husband a panic attack looking after 3 children all on his own

Will check with work later to see if i can have the weekend off or do a shift swap. Hopefully they will be nice as we don't get back from Disney until the 31st august so already had quite a bit of time off

According to the Hard Rock website there isn't one in Brum.
