I'm definitely up for this! The Mailbox is great . We've stayed there twice. The first time we stayed at the Ramada, which is £70 for the first night and £65 for the second. It's a nice clean, functional, modern chain hotel. More recently we stayed at the Malmaison. It's really funky and £109 per night is a bargain, IMHO, although I realise that it's probably on the steep side if we're looking to make it as cheap as possible for everyone.

The Hyatt looks fab!
