I'll miss you by 5 days. I am going on my girls trip May 18th to the 24th with a friend I met here on the boards. It will be our 3rd trip to Disney although she has come to Philly to visit me and I have been to Indiana to visit her.

I'm sorry we will miss you by such a shor time. How nice that you too have met a very good friend here on the DIS and visited each other in your hometowns.

Thanks so much for joining in on another Girl's Trip PTR. And thanks to Ms Kathy for starting it!

I am MaryAz aka Mary and I live in Az with my wonderful Hubby Jeff and my 2 fun and crazy girls Avery who just turned 10 and Cayley who is 7. I am currently a homeschooling Mom and spend my days teaching and driving the girls to the gym. I love to go on vacation, read and hang out with my family.

On to the girls

Avery just turned 10 and is finishing up the 4th grade. She will be returning to charter school next year and is very excited. She is a great student and especially likes language arts and reading. She also loves gymnastics. It has been a year of changes for her, new gym, new coach and new routines. She has had an amazing spring season which rekindled her passion for the sport. A small brag if u will-she is the floor state champ and finished 2nd in her age division at State this past weekend. Some pics





Cayley is 7 going on 14 and finishing up the 2nd grade. She is also going back to school but is less excited-which is surprising because she is by far my more social child. She is also a great student is ahead in most areas. Cayley's main passion is tumbling and trampoline with a side of gymnastics. She just started T&T this winter and loves it. She is currently at 2 gyms 6 days a week. Too much for some but for a girl who is constantly in motion just right.

Des loves Disney and she just looked "princessy" to me in that photo and I can see her wanting that. The team started out well, especially being their first games of the season and NO outside play here because of the weather.

And now the real question...when is Nicki visiting Chicago?!

Maybe if Andy and Des get married and it takes place in Chicago? Nicki grew up in Boston and the weather is similar with winters, etc., and with her job it is hard for her to get away.

I wanted to include a couple favorite pictures of our previous girls trips:

I will go to work for a couple hours on Thursday, May 29, and then will head to Midway Airport by cab (it makes more sense to go to the office and do this as the cab will be a lot cheaper than from home).

I'm sure I'll see these guys at the airport:



I am flying Southwest this time because it was the cheapest fare and I love the free luggage! My flight is around 1:30 and I am scheduled to arrive at CO around 4:50 p.m.

I'm not sure if Mary has booked her flights yet or not (I know she was still looking at her return flight because she and the girls will spend time with their friend, Heather and her girls, after Disney; you will see Heather and her girls at some point in this TR as they will be with us our last day...although I'm sad it's not more days like the last two girls trips).

In any event, once Mary and girls arrive and we meet up, we will be on our way to the Magical Express for our ride to our resort. There won't be a picture like this because this trip is not a surprise like the first girls trip when the girls had no idea that I was coming. But I had to post the picture because it is one of my all time favorites:

Once we've arrived at the resort and checked in, we will drop off our carry- ons and then head to the boat to head here:





I'm guessing we will have dinner here:



as I know Mary prefers it over EOS and I love them both so I am happy anywhere.

Maybe we will stop here and have some dessert:



I'm sure we will spend some time at the Lego store for the girls and a little shopping here and there before the boat ride back to OKW to unpack and go to sleep for our first day at the parks.
