We are planning on going to In-and-Out either Thursday after the M&G or Sunday for dinner since we didn't sign up for anything that night, you are more then welcome to join us.

I don't remember seeing anything about name tags and lanyards. Are we having name tags like we have in the past? I can order more lanyards for the newbies again.

I don't remember seeing anything about name tags and lanyards. Are we having name tags like we have in the past? I can order more lanyards for the newbies again.

I was hoping to hear about this....I've heard nothing yet. My girlfriend Juliette is coming, she's doing the SH with us. I'd like to make sure she gets a name tage. We already have a lanyard for her. I won't be at M&G, most likely, so I'll need to pick them up at picture time on Saturday.

I don't think too many are staying at Hojo this time. Mainly the group is at Carousel and GCH.

So far, of the approximately 25 we have signed up for CoD, all but 8 of them will also be at the BBQ. Maybe you could meet at Big Thunder Ranch, and then divide up into groups there and then meet again at CoD? From what I hear, it's not far and as long as everyone has directions it should be ok.
Just a thought.

I do think once the list is complete and everyone who wants to go is signed up, they should figure out who's going with who beforehand so there's no time wasted trying to figure that out then. That way, everyone knows and can just take off.

Just my two cents.

Can the directions be posted here? I'd like to have them written down and put safely in my glove box before the trip.

Not to worry! I didn't forget about the name tags.
A few weeks ago, I got in touch with Callie on Facebook, and she, her husband Dan and Kendall have all graciously agreed once again to put on their creative thinking caps and come up with something wonderful!
So we will definitely have new name tags.

Carol, if you're willing, there will probably be a few ladies who are in need of lanyards. So if that is something you can oversee, that would be great. Let me know.

OKay, I've never been to the store, but I just Googled it and this is what I came up with:
1601 E Cerritos Ave, Anaheim, CA 92805

The address of the Carousel where you are staying is:
1530 S. Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92802

Put those both into Google maps and this is what it gives you:
1. Head north on S Harbor Blvd toward W Manchester Ave 0.5 mi
2. Turn right onto W Ball Rd 0.4 mi
3. Turn right onto S Anaheim Blvd 0.5 mi
4. Turn left onto E Cerritos Ave 0.9 mi
Destination is on the left

Not sure if that's the best/easiest way, but it's what Google gave me. There were three other choices, but they all look fairly straight forward. If there's a better route, I'm sure Jill will let us know. Hope that helps.

Good morning, ladies! It's not a Monday, but it sure feels like it. I did not want to get out of bed this morning.

It must be getting closer to the trip because I'm about 7 pages behind .

I'm happy to hear that plans are falling into place and I read quickly through the last 7 pages so hopefully I picked up all the important stuff.


As far as my costume for the M&G, I may just end up wearing a t-shirt unless I loose some weight by February . One of the pieces I bought is a little too snug right now and I look like a stuffed sausage. I refuse to buy another costume so I started eating better and exercising yesterday and hopefully I look okay by the time the trip rolls around. If not, t-shirt it is .

Looks good to me, but I'm no expert. I've been so out of it. I'm trying to catch up on what plans have been made. Heck, I'm less than 2 weeks out from the Tinkerbell Half and I'm soooooooo not ready for that in every way possible.

I'm not ready either. I did a Half the first weekend in December (my slowest time yet) and have not run at all since that race. My goal is just to finish in the time allowed.
