I was thinking the same thing - I needs to get me one!

Aww, you're getting all mushy. I have a purple shirt and a tiara, too! I could wear mine and take a pic. Maybe. Then again, maybe not. That might make me sad!!!

Pffft - I'm not mushy, no way!! I'm tough...... seriously. And no being sad, not allowed. Wearing tiaras and taking pics is fun, no matter where you are (okay, some places may be slightly more fun than others, I'll admit to that, but any tiara day is a good day in my books )

I do all of my seasonal tiara shopping at Claire's in the mall. They have tiara's for every holiday imaginable...and for us commoner's that can't afford the $5 crown jewels price tag before the holiday, just hit the after holiday clearance bin.

WOW...a carry-on suitcase full of plastic tiara's. You don't think I'll get pulled out of line at the airport for additional "screening" & a full body pat-down do you?

I haven't discussed CoD with Patrice. We went last year. It was fun and I'm sure if I don't go, I'll regret missing out on some treasure. But it's not stuff I *need* (I don't have kidlets to buy for) and when weighed against a photo memory, I might just go for the group photo, even if it's only 15 or 20 of us.

I'll talk to Patrice this week and see what she thinks.....

Now that the deadline has come for the pink tee - can I please see the design. I am one that prefers not to be 'surprised' - even though I know that Mel does a great job. Plus, it might help some that are on the fence make up their mind.

I am planning to stick my extra on Capri's head with super glue if need be, so Tiara's all around!!!

Better bring that super glue. Tiara's don't stay on my head long.

I'm going to make a radical suggestion here - watch out - and this would only work out if it works for Jill (we have to keep in mind that the only reason CoD is even a possibility is through her kindness and generosity) - what if the shopping is moved until after lunch? Then PFF works out great, maybe the traditional group ride on Small World, lunch, then get your shop on before dinner?

I'm diggin' this idea! Much less rushed. All the ladies can spend a nice morning in the parks (PFF group photo, group ride, more rides, lunch) and then the CoD ladies can head out, spend a nice afternoon shopping, and come back in plenty of time for dinner.

By the way, I can't wait to see Capri with the tiara glued to her head. Nice.

How about a beer glued to my hand? That would be much more fun to see.

Happy Monday, ladies! For those of you who are home or have kiddos home from school today, enjoy your day off. My kids are home but they have finals this week so they are studying their little butts off!

Now about this snack thing for the Meet & Greet...does anybody have any good snackage ideas that won't get me busted at airport security?

Anything snacky. Think trail mix, granola bars, rice krispy treats, packaged nuts, cookies, corn nuts, breakfast bars, various candies including mints, gum, lollipops, etc.
It originally started as a candy buffet, then morphed into a snack buffet to include more options. The main thing is to bring things that are individually packaged to make it easier to take and store.

But it's not stuff I *need* (I don't have kidlets to buy for) and when weighed against a photo memory, I might just go for the group photo, even if it's only 15 or 20 of us.

If it's around 20, that's a fairly good group. About half. Just let me know if you want to be added to the list.
(I'd go for the photo.... lol)

ok Diva's...I have this tendency to read emails, pm's & posts on FB...with the intent to go back & reply and then forget to go back!! LOL That's just how my mind works lately...in the last 2 minutes my mind has covered "my WDW packing list, what color to paint my kitchen, did I unplug my flat iron, and don't forget to order refills on parker's meds! LOL That is while being at work and answering calls! Someday my brain will calm down...I hope!
So,back to business... I am fine changing Co D to after lunch, if that makes it easier and less hectic. I love the PFF picture with our crowns and love chatting in line with everybody while we wait and then riding IASW together I hope we keep that one. We did talk about doing a group shot on the bus on Main Street.
CoD is open 8-8 usually. I will check their hours to be sure they are not changing during the off season.

So we are staying in, cleaning house and taking care of my sick little guy today. Poor thing can't keep a thing down. At some point today I need to wrap up lesson plans for the next 3 weeks, plus figure out what will be happening in my classes the days I will be gone for the trip. It's hard to trust a sub to teach sign classes!

I am glad the CoD and PFF all work out. Katie will have a surprise in the mail this week and hopefully I can also get out the last of my Christmas cards and some presents to my nieces and nephews too Seriously, you ask me to mail something and it takes forever for me to get it done. I don't know why

OKay speaking of group rides and other plans, I wanted to repost this schedule once again so we can start firming it up a bit. Times are still subject to change, and will be firmed up once Bridget hears from her contact.

But I wanted to make sure the overall schedule is as it should be. Steph has once again been so kind as to make little pocket-sized schedules for us to carry with us, but we need to make sure it's set before she prints anything out.
