Good morning, ladies!! Last day of the long weekend. It went by too quickly, as usual.

Now that we are past one major holiday, it's time.

Time for what?

For meal sign-ups!!! :cool1:  :yay: :woohoo:

YUM!

Put me down for Thunder BBQ and Surf's Up and tentatively down for Fantasmic. I'm not 100% sure on the funds for that yet. Are ressies 60 days or 30 days out for that?

I haven't confirmed with Patrice yet, but put her down with me for all three for now too.

Eventhough it is still not 100% that we are going to make it IF we do we will have the girls with us so I am not signing up for any meals. At this point the only thing we are going to "try" and do is the scavy hunt and hopefully the group photo. But at this point unless the ex joins us I don't know if we will even be able to do the scavy hunt cuz I have to have someone to take the girls on rides while we do it. So really not sure and prob won't know for sure till the time comes. Sorry for being wishy washy but it is a crazy time. I am just hoping that if we DO get to go that I can run into some of the gals when there is nothing else going on!!

Good Morning everyone! Hurray for meal planning! Beth could you put me down for the following:

Friday:
Cafe Orleans
Fantasmic Dessert Seating

Saturday:
Jazz Kitchen

Sunday:
Surf's Up Breakfast (maybe)

Gracias amiga ;)

Good morning, ladies! :)

I may added the BBQ on Friday but I'm not sure right now. I've never ate there - can someone tell me about it. Thanks.
I've never been. That was one of the things I was looking forward to, darn it. LOL If you decide to go, let me know so I can add you.

Assuming I'm able to attend (keeping good thoughts).
Definitely thinking good thoughts for you!! :wizard:

You will be missed......AGAIN!
So much for "come hell or high water". LOL Oh well, someday I will finally meet all the new ladies!

Now I MUST make DH take me to Vegas..... LOL
:thumbsup2 There ya go! I'm always here. If anyone wants a Vegas meet, just say the word. ;)

Sorry for being wishy washy but it is a crazy time.
I understand. :) Just let me know. It's better to be added to the lists and not make it, then to try to get squeezed into things last minute.

Gracias amiga ;)
De nada. :thumbsup2

A limo? You are a true Diva !!!

Not really. LOL There's no other option. Self parking at the airport for 3 weeks is out of the question. There are no door-to-door airport shuttles like there are for LAX. Out there it's easy to hire Primetime, or Super Shuttle, etc.
Here, every single shuttle I could find only goes to the Strip hotels and the immediate areas.

For a private residence pickup, they told me I need to either hire a taxi or rent a sedan. Problem is, neither one will accommodate 6 people, so they said it would have to be a limo. It will end up costing us $60 for 6 people plus a $12 tip. That's what they said. So, fine, I guess a limo it is. I think the kids will be excited at least! And it's actually the cheapest option. Even if we had family in the area, no one in our family has a car large enough to hold us all. Just another challenge when traveling with a large family. :)

Put Sarah and I down for the following meals.

Friday - BBQ lunch
Cafe Orleans dinner
Fantasmic Dessert

Sunday Surf's Up Breakfast

Is there still a Company D trip planned? If so , what day and time?

One more thing, when making the Carousel ressies what do we mention for the price?

I read where you said the limo was the only option, just having a little fun with you.:goodvibes I've only had one short limo ride and thought it was pretty exciting.

Just got an email from Patrice. Put us down for Jazz Kitchen as well. Thanks, Beth!

Drive by HI!

Going to our annual ornament exchange tonight. Leaving tomorrow early in the morning for Frisco for my girlfriend Christmas shopping trip. Coming home Thursday, only to leave that same day for DL!

Hope to catch up with you all on my IPad while on the train to Frisco. I have been getting checks in the mail for the purple tees. I will confirm later. :thumbsup2

TTFN!

Looking for flights and no luck so far. The great price out of bellingham on allegiant wouldn't get me in until after the meet and greet and it doesn't fly home when I want it to. But the other flights out of bellingham are around $350 with taxes and everything and out of Seattle I would pay around $200 but would have to pay for parking and gas.

Ideas?

SarahMay

I just saw Alaska out of Seattle for $40 each way. I am so tempted!

I haven't really said anything here...I think I mentioned it on Facebook. Anyway, I won't be attending the trip. We are planning a family vacation next June to northern Michigan. I have relatives there, including my mom and grandparents, and we are going to go visit them, as well as play tourist.

It's going to be a long trip. About 3 weeks. We are taking the train there and back, which that alone will take almost 6 days round trip. Should be quite the adventure!! :scared1: :rotfl2:
But the combination of Ruben taking off such a large chunk of time, as well as the travel expenses, simply don't allow me to do both.

I am sad to miss out on seeing good friends and meeting new ones, of course. :grouphug: But I am excited about taking a nice, long family vacation back to the place where I am originally from, and to see family that I haven't seen since 2007. :)

I'd say so!! Wow, good for you! :thumbsup2

OMG, that's great news, Capri!! Sounds like things are totally turning around for you and Justin. Whoo hoo!! :cool1:

Sad to hear you are not making it Beth. Darn Priorities!

And yeah Capri! I am thrilled for you. My training is pretty redundant, but required to start back at the company.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend ladies!
Jen- I sat inside Walmart for ever to get a PS3 & w Xbox 360's thank goodness for friends lol!!

Wal Mart burned me for the last time...this was the third year I could not find a single thing I wanted. I am glad you were successful. My friend Christina and I decided that if WM has something good next year, we will be having our hubbys camp at Target while we fight the WM mobs. :cool2:

Beth~ that is so stinky! I was looking forward to meeting you! I hope your family trip is fun.

Hello Ladies! :)

Beth, you will be missed. I hope it works out so you can come.

Please sign Bree & I up for:

Fri ~ Big Thunder BBQ and Cafe Orleans

Sat ~ Jazz Kitchen followed by WOC viewing in Katie's villa. Ooopps, did I just invite myself? :upsidedow I will bring a bottle of wine or Absolute. Or both. You pick. :cutie:

Sun ~ Surf's Up

I love that we are past the 90 day mark!

P.S. Capri, double congrats on the job. I am soooo happy for you! Bree has an interview tomorrow for a receptionist/admin position. We paid for 5 years of college for her to be a receptionist - really? But a job is a job. I know you feel our pain. She actually has 5 or 6 interviews this week, so we are hopeful.

I just booked my flights. Thanks to cyber monday I got a decent price for flights Seattle to Los Angeles. Not ideal airport to head into but the times were good. I have heard decent things about the airline so hopefully it will all work out. Now to figure out where I will be staying the night before or what time I will need to drive down....my flight leaves at 7 am out of Seattle! I would need to leave home around 3am or stay with a friend. Hmmm. Now to go check on meals.
