I haven't read this thread in a long time. I have no clue what's been happening. :rotfl: I can't believe the trip is almost here!! :yay:

Check page 1! A lot is happening. We're planning a VIP tour, most of us have moved over to the HoJo, and my dh designed some new t-shirts.

That should keep you busy for a while. ;)
 
I hope you didn't mind me posting it here. I can't even remember now what other thread it was I saw it on. :confused: But I just had to tell you how wonderful I thought it was.

What's the status with the t-shirts? Are we to the point of going through with orders? How much turnaround do we need? We're going with two, right? To be worn Friday and Sat? We do need to decide which one we're wearing which day, as some will only be here one or the other.

I know my dh wants to hold off on taking orders until closer to 30 days out. They will be printed here in Phoenix and I will bring them with me to DLR. I thought it would be better to save the $ and time involved in shipping. I hope everyone is ok with that.
 

If anyone needs a deal on hoppers, PM me. I've got a source if you don't mind not having MM on them.

Steph, make sure you PM Lesley as well as posting here. It's just a way to make sure that all requests for meals, tours, etc are seen and no one gets missed or left out of something they had wanted to sign up for.

I think it makes it easier on the contact person for that event, activity or meal since they dont' have to read through each post if they don't want to or have time to.

If we're getting lanyards too, I think the T-shirt your hubby designed and the lanyards is enough, and not order a 2nd t-shirt. Especially since we can wear the lanyards everyday!:banana:

(And anyway we can cut costs for everyone regarding the trip, or at least not add further costs for the trip, the better. Especially if things are a little tight monetary wise for some of the ladies.....ahem.....like me.:rolleyes1 )

But if everyone really has their hearts set on 2 t-shirts, then 2 t-shirts it is.:thumbsup2

This is how it works (I was finally able to find my old post):

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER:
Do NOT open your own Photopass account to look at your photos. Once they are in one account they can't be put into another one.

1. I am going to create an email and a brand new Photopass account before we leave, probably around April 22. We have 30 days once the account is created to edit/embellish the pictures before ordering the CD. PM me with your e-mail address, name, and address. Once I create the account, I will send you the login information.

2. When you have pictures taken by the DL photographers, the first one you use will give you a Photopass card (like a gift card). Each time after that you get them to take your pictures you will let them scan your card. This keeps all your pictures together – if one day you forget your card, it is ok, you can get a new one, but your pictures will be on more than one card – not an issue. The Photopass website will let you add multiple cards (which is how we are able to share). Not sure how current this information is, but this link may help you find Photopass spots: Disney's PhotoPass Locations. You DO NOT have to do anything other than have them snap pictures and scan the card – no uploading at parks or anything. Just find the photographer, hand them your card and have them take pictures – it is that easy. There is also information on the website Stitch Kingdom. One thing I would recommend if you have a digital camera is to take a picture of the back of your PhotoPass card, where the number is printed, just in case some of the pictures don't turn up online.

3. Each of us will have our own card(s). So keep them with you.

4. Once you return from the trip, we can do this a couple of different ways:
  • you can log onto the account and add your Photopass card numbers; or
  • I can collect all the cards and enter them myself.
5. I will create our very own Photopass account to share. You can ONLY add your card numbers (pictures) here. To add the picture you log on and add your Photopass card numbers (if you have any issues when that time comes, I can help you). Once they are up you can edit them/add embellishments. Only add your Photopass card pictures here, not your personal camera ones. If you add your cards (pictures) to another account they will not be able to be added to our shared account – the website will only let you have your card on one account.

6. You can add your pictures as soon as you return home; remember, we have 30 days from the date the account is created, which will be around April 22. We must all be done adding pictures and done adding pictures/embellishing by May 18, to be on the safe side!!

7. On May 20, I will order our CD(s), unless we all agree on an earlier date.

8. Once I receive the CDs, I will burn you a CD/DVD and mail it to you for the cost of the materials (DVD, envelope, postage), which should be about $5 each. I'm assuming we will need at least one DVD per person with all the pictures we'll have.

*** Updated Pricing Information: After emailing back and forth with the Photopass department, the current price for the Disneyland Photopass is $79.95 plus $2.49 shipping. The new per person costs are listed below, which includes $5 for the DVD(s), envelope and postage. ***

Currently we have 12 people so the cost for 12 people sharing = $7.29 per person. For 13, it would be $6.73; for 14, it would be $6.25.


You can look at your pictures at Disneyland before going home, and even order pictures if you want. DO NOT MAKE A PHOTOPASS ACCOUNT ONCE YOU GET HOME, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ADD THEM TO OUR PHOTOPASS SHARING ACCOUNT.
