Okay, I can handle a couple of the dinners, and if needed I wouldnt mind setting up the second VIP tour if needed. I am definitely doing the Jazz kitchen, and House of Blues. Should I set up those 2? Does anyone mind?

Molly- Thanks for the info on Photopass.

Stacie- Do you want me to add on the front post that you are over-seeing the Photopass sharing, or is that technically a no-no and something we shouldn't advertise....:confused3 :rolleyes1

FWIW, I think the thing that usually gets panties in a twist is the idea of total strangers, who are not on vacation with each other, are going in on the purchase of the CD. Since this is a group vacation, that is not an issue.

Now, there is the CD copy thing...one could get around the possible weirdness of that by having everyone interested go in on the main price, and then having those who wish to do so ask stacielee to order extra copies of the CD *from* Disney for them. I think those copies are another $20. Still a bargain (percentage of initial price plus $20), without the issue of one person reading the copyright/release one way (no copies ever!) and others reading it another way (it's all "personal use", no one is making a profit, it's either one person being bugged all the time to have prints made, or making it easy by letting someone else make prints off the copied CD). Could be a personal choice one makes.

But since some people are just learning about photopass to begin with, it might not be the right time to get into the intricate details that I've been wrestling with since August! :upsidedow

I thought we would just do one big VIP tour with 2 guides. I wouldn't want one group to get the hot guy and the other group to get the beautiful girl.

If you would like two separate tours we could arrange that too. It might be hard coordinating all the VIP seatings for the parades and night time shows though.

We can book the VIP tour now. I will contact Disney tomorrow to see if they have guides available for that Friday afternoon. I am not sure how to arrange payment, but I can put the charges on a CC and be reimbursed.

OH!!! I didnt know we could do that! Stupid me... :rolleyes1 :lmao: :lmao:

Okay I'm sorry I haven't been on much this week. I know I mentioned having to go to North Carolina. Well I left on Sunday night (to start my travels) and I just got my luggage about 2 hours ago. Very long, long story.

Anyway I have limited internet access. Anyway I'm all for the breakfast at Goofy's, I'm not sure about BB. I've looked at their menu and I don't see a whole lot that interests me. Anyone have any suggestions, keeping in mind I don't like seafood (at all...). I'm up for a tour as well, I'll probably only be able to do 1 though. I've heard of the Walk in Walt's Steps one but not the VIP one.

Alright, I'll post again this weekend. Hope you all have a nice evening.

Hey Steph, I hate seafood but I still want to try BB. We can figure something out. Maybe we'll just order drinks and dessert. :rolleyes1 ;)

Sorry about your luggage. What a hassle!! Flying these days sucks. Hope everything else goes smoothly for you! :wizard:

Oh, that's cool. Yeah, we don't want any fighting over the hot guy. :thumbsup2
Thanks for offering to do all of this.

I don't. I'm sure that will be fine. Thanks for offering. :thumbsup2

I'll start adding the list of contact people to the front of the thread, so if someone decides they for sure want to do HOB for example, they can PM you and then you can add them to that list so you'll know how many we are looking at for reservations.

I really think things should be done in PMs. They can be posted here, but I think a PM should also be sent because, speaking from past experience, it's hard to keep up with every post and we don't want anyone to be missed.

I haven't seen this out there yet, so I thought I'd post.

Hours while we're there....
Thursday and Monday 9-10 DL and 10-8 DCA
Friday, Sat. and Sun., 8-midnight and 10-10
Thanks for the hours. I'll add those to the front too for easy reference. :thumbsup2

Excellent!! I was hoping I didnt have to reread through the whole thread to see who wanted to go where. :lmao: :lmao: What times are we looking at for these meals? I know that we eat early, but my kids go to bed early... Sooo.... Like 6:30, 7?

How come I never saw this thread before? WOW! Totally count me in. I wanted to do the Girls only trip to WDW, but the dates that everyone went I was unable to, but this I can. So I am in!!

:lmao: No not at all. I'll make a note on the front page along with the contact names, that if you are interested in a certain activity or meal to PM that contact person. (does that make sense?? LOL)

I just know when we had over 40 ladies going to WDW and lots of different meal plans, if something was just posted on the thread, it might get missed by the person who was in charge of that ADR.

But if it's mentioned on the thread and sent in a PM, it makes it easier and there's no question later on of who signed up and who didn't.

As for the times, I'm ok with that. :confused3 At home we are used to eating at all different times, so it really doesn't matter to me. 6:30 sounds good to me. Everyone? Thoughts?

Well better late then never right??? :welcome: The more the merrier!! :jumping1:

We have lots of info on the front page to read through, and I'm about to add more. LOL But that's basically where we put any new updates. If you have any questions, just ask away. :)

And stop in whenever to join the chatting. :hyper2:

In regards to payment, if you have a Paypal account, maybe everyone can pay you through Paypal. It's not too difficult to set-up for anyone who doesn't have an account.

I just don't want you to have to wait until April before you get your money back.

Just a suggestion, feel free to disregard :rolleyes1 .
